Messaging us
You can message us for product information, prices, orders and support. Automated replies (chatbots) may answer first; you can always ask to talk to a person.
Offers
We send offers only if you agreed. Reply STOP or tap “Stop offers” to stop them at any time. Order and service updates you asked for may still be sent.
Orders and prices
Prices and stock shown in chat can change. An order placed in WhatsApp is confirmed only when we confirm it in the chat. Payment and delivery terms are agreed for each order.
Fair use
Please do not send unlawful, abusive or spam messages. We may stop replying to numbers that misuse the service.
