You can ask us to delete the information we hold about you from our WhatsApp conversations.

How to ask

1. Send DELETE MY DATA to our WhatsApp number, or email [contact email] from any address with your WhatsApp number.
2. We confirm the request in the same chat or email within 7 days.
3. We delete your messages, files and customer details within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example invoices), which we keep only as long as required.

Stopping offers only

If you just want to stop offers, reply STOP or tap “Stop offers”. Your conversation history stays so we can still help you.
