Privacy Policy
Socialrocx is a customer messaging tool that Helen Lightings India Private Limited ("we", "us") uses to talk to customers on WhatsApp through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. This policy explains what information we handle when you message us, and how.
What we collect
- Your WhatsApp details: your phone number and the profile name WhatsApp shares with businesses.
- Messages: the messages, photos, documents, voice notes, locations and orders you send us, and our replies.
- Details you give us in chat: for example your name, email, site address or what you want to buy, when our chatbot or staff ask for them.
- Your choices about offers: whether you agreed to receive offers, when, and how; and if you asked us to stop.
- Delivery information from WhatsApp: whether our messages were sent, delivered or read.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, take and update your orders, and give support.
- To send offers and updates only if you agreed. Reply STOP or tap “Stop offers” at any time and we stop.
- To keep a history of our conversation so any of our staff can help you.
- To meet legal and tax duties, and to prevent misuse.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising by other companies.
Who can see it
- Our staff who handle customer messages.
- Meta Platforms, which runs WhatsApp and delivers the messages, under WhatsApp's business terms.
- Our service providers, who store data for us under contract: Supabase (database and file storage, India region) and, if AI replies are turned on, Anthropic (to draft replies).
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep conversations and customer details while you are our customer and for up to 3 years after our last conversation, or longer if the law requires (for example, tax records). Offer choices are kept as proof of your consent.
Security
Information is stored in an encrypted database with access limited to our staff accounts. Access keys for WhatsApp are stored encrypted. Every message WhatsApp sends us is checked to make sure it really came from WhatsApp.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent for offers, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. See how to delete your data or contact us below.
